When installing bearings , here are a few things to consider.

1.The bearing face which marked with part number or specification should be installed on the visible part, for ease of replacing in future. 

2.After the bearing was installed on the shaft and bearing block hole , there should be no skew and lag. 

3.To ensure the bearing has a room for expansion when working , the out ring or inner ring of the bearing must move axial during thermal expansion. 

4.Keep the bearing clean, strictly avoid the copper scraps, iron dust and other impurities get into the inside bearing. 

5.After the assembly, the bearing is flexible and has no voice, the work temperature should not exceed 50 ℃. 

When remove the bearing , try to use puller.
