Strong metallic sound

1.Abnormal load : Select the appropriate assembly clearance and preload.
2.Poor assembly: Improve the machining precision of the shaft and the installation method.
3.Insufficient lubricant : supplement or use appropriate lubricant.

Regular Sound

1.The foreign body caused the raceway to rust, indentation and scar : Clean related parts and use clean grease.
2.Bearing raceway spalling : Fatigue wear, replace bearing.
Irregular noise
1.Foreign body invasion: wash related parts and use clean grease.
2.Excessive clearance : Pay attention to fit and choose suitable clearance.
3.Steel ball scars : Steel ball fatigue peeling , replace the bearing.

Abnormal temperature rise

1.Excessive lubricant: reduce lubricant.
2.Insufficient lubricant, or not suitable: add lubricant or choose suitable lubricant.
3.The surface creep or sealing device is too large : amending the bearing outer diameter or inner diameter mating surface , changing the sealing type. 

Large vibration of the shaft rotation. 

1. Peeling : Fatigue peeling, replacement of bearings.
